[evince] Updated Poppler with improved column text selection

Hi Folks,

I have been using e-vince for a few years, and I'm wondering if e-vince
can utilize some of the improved text selection that is being developed
in poppler

Also Is it possible to add some highlighter and perhaps drawing
functions to e-vince, similar to ocular?
also the sticky notes could be easier to find and a bit more stable...
they have been started but not really usable yet.

Evince is really great, with a tad more functions it would completely
fill my needs, and I could move away from Foxit running in wine.
