About printing to PDF, I don't know because it doesn't seem I have this option. I can only print to my printer or to a file. I tried to print to a file, and it works. It produced an output.ps file which seems to be the exact copy of my original PDF file. Maybe the output to the .ps file is what you call printing to PDF. But I though PostScript (.ps) was not the same thing as PDF (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portable_Document_Format#Technology).

About my issue you can't reproduce, I asked in #evince GIMPNet and I had no answer :-/

Sorry, I was wrong. I've just reopened this bug. GTK+ printing system
doesn't support it, so it has to be handled by evince.
