It could be a duplicate of bug #364662. Anyway, I can't reproduce it
with evince from CVS head, so maybe it's also fixed right now. Anyone
can confirm this?
It looks okay on Evince 0.4.0 on Debian Unstable, using hpijs for printing.
I suggest printing to a generic postscript file and seeing how that goes
in comparison.
