Yours looks fine, however, I can reproduce  problems here

There's only one Type 3 font in that file, for the notes, most likely.
The rest are Type 1C fonts. I'll have a look. Vincent, you're using
freetype 2.1.9+, I guess. What about you, Jeff? (Ubuntu 2.1.7-2.3 here)
