Hi, Mike
I am just using 3.14.2. The URI is www.baidu.com. Javescript will use fill a div which include a login form and append it to the html document. In this kind of situation, info_bar which used to asked for save auth data will not be activated.
I have looked deep into the code, in function web_page_document_loaded, all the forms' elements will be checked and set event listener on submit event. I am afraid that the former situation mentioned above just call this function a little early. What do yo think?
Thanks,
Jiayu

Which version are you using? It seems to be much improved in 3.14 -
perhaps you should try that out.
