Ah sorry, I edited that out of the original message. Currently on 3.10.1, 
but it was also a problem going back to at least 3.8.

Yeah, that is what I have installed: epiphany-browser-webkit2 from the 
gnome 3-staging ppa.

So if that lib should still exist in 3.10? If so I'll file a packaging bug.
