Epiphany add ons

Hello, I've just downloaded Epiphany and like it. Is it possible to
use the thumbstrips add on that is available for Firefox? Or coloured tabs?
If so, how do I install it? I'm pretty new to Ubuntu and Linux so as
much detail as poosible would be appreciated
