set encoding for bookmark query?

Hi,

when trying to define search bookmark for http://morfeo.centrum.cz (it
would be
http://mycroft.mozdev.org/download.html?name=morfeo&sherlock=yes&opensearch=&submitform=Search)
I found to my surprise that it requires query in ISO-8859-2. However,
epiphany seems to follow locale (?) and sends everything in UTF-8. Is
there a way how to change it?
