feature request

Hi, I don't know who will read this, but hope that a developer does. I
think that epiphany needs a better cookies handler, to be able to reject
all cookies but the originated from some servers.  the other thing is,
it would be nice to be able to choose use the khtml engine instead than
gecko. bye.
