KHTML4 might in fact be WebKit-Qt (they are stil discussing it).
OTOH I read that zecke used WebKit-Qt in a (Gtk) browser for Sugar/OLPC. 
And there is a Gdk port that is not very actively maintained on webkit.org.

But AFAIK chpe does not want to hear anyone suggesting Ephy could use 
WebKit instead of Gecko ;-)
