[Extension proposal] Creative Commons license viewer

I proposed my Creative Commons license viewer extension for inclusion
last summer. I was told that a Python review was needed before its
inclusion and then there would be no problem.

The python review was done by Jean-François Rameau more than one month
ago, but then there were no news about its inclusion and I would like
to ask for it again. Would it be possible to do it now?
