A quick search on rpm.pbone.net gives:

Fedora 3 	apt.nrpms.net/rpms/epiphany-extensions/1.4.4/RPMS/epiphany-extensions-1.4.4-1.1.fc3.nr.i386.rpm

Not the latest-and-greatest release, but at least you won't have to compile it yourself if you're not up to it.
