[Epiphany] File Download Dialog Question

Hi Folks,

I Don't know if this is a bug (in which case I'll add it to bugzilla) or
deliberate (in which case I won't). It seems that when I download
several files in one session, the first file will prompt me for a
directory to save it to and then after that all files will get saved
there, is this the intended behaviour?

If this is intended, then I'd suggest that a better place for the
download location to be stored would be as a preference. If it's not,
then I'll try to get some more concrete info and file a bug.
