I have really no time to build galeon here. All that I can say is that
several people noticed the speedup. Maybe they have improved their
performance lately ... no idea.

Eh ? ;)
I tested just for fun, and odd enough, in tabs they took 22 MB, while
they took 20 in windows.
Anyway it's pretty obvious that there is no memory difference at all
between tabs and windows in galeon/epiphany (I cant say the same of
mozilla, I dunno how they implement tabs).
