This one could be easily solved showing a dialog when there is no
handler.

I'm a bit surprised about the 25%. I think most people click Ok Ok on
the dialogs anyway, so this sort of file naming is a problem also with
IE.

Yeah, as I said the click by mistake thing is my main concern.

If we go for this then I think we should probably just put back the two
dialogs. This doesnt really solve the naming and organizing problem.

That's planned but it's a very partial solution.

What this would solve ? If we need a pref then it means we designed
something semi-borked.
