[Epiphany] some feature changes...

hi there,
i've just started using ephy recently-switched from galeon.  there are a
few things about the download dialog that dont seem right.
i. the default button is "Open" and not save.  this just seems bad to
me...i don't think i've ever used that button in other browsers. i did
it in epiphany, but that was an accident, as just hitting return when i
expect a dialog to pop up is what i do.

ii. there's no way for the download window to close automatically. 
there should be a check box saying "Close this window when all downloads
are completed" - or something.

anyways, thats it for now, just minor itches - everything else is
absolutely superb! thanks a lot!
