I'm not sure if this has any real importance to this issue, but i sort of 
think it would be cool to integrate download management into nautilus. 
Apparently in macos + IE the icons for downloading files show the progress 
of the download (this is according to seth). In nautilus, the downloader 
view could simply be a special search folder + view i guess. Needs more 
thought probably.
