Totally. Glad we came to a conclusion!

We don't yet know what languages are new in GNOME 2.20. We will know
later today. So I think it's a bit early to mention internationalization
as a theme of 2.20, assuming that's what you partly mean that with "open
access". Please be patient for just a few more hours.

I guess the "universal access" idea it's not only about the new
languages available but the much improved support for right-to-left
languages and new N'Ko shaping engine in Pango.
