[Ekiga-list] ekiga problem - "not registered"

just installed Ekiga on 2 machines

both are notebooks
first notebook is on a public wifi
second notebook is on 3G USB stick cellular modem

the registar for both is ekiga.net
received ok registration confirmation emails for both notebooks

note:
in first case router access is not possible
in second case there is no router

both have problems:

1st problem - error message on start up saying
need to manually configure router

how to make this go away ???
( no router access is possible )

2nd problem:
ekiga  -> edit -> account -> status

in first case ( public wifi ) - sometimes it reads unregistered
but most of the time reads registered, so let's say it's ok
echo test seems to work on this one

in second case ( 3g usb stick modem ) - it reads unregistered,
calls doesn't  work, echo test doesn't work
how to fix this "unregistered" problem ???

please help.
