On, Win, open "DOS prompt" (or whatever it is called nowadays), cd to
the directory where you installed Ekiga (eg. C:\Program Files\Ekiga\)
and run 'ekiga.exe -d 4' (sans quotes) from there. A text file
containing debug output will be created on the desktop.
