Thank you for your reply, Yannick. I understand that just because something happens when performing a task, it doesn't mean that task caused it. That's true. However, in this case, I watched as the uninstaller removed the normal components of Ekiga one would expect to see during an uninstall, but then continued to erase files and and folders in My Documents. The window did not change. It was the Ekiga remove window. What else am I to conclude except that the uninstaller did it? I will wait to see the results of your test.
