If you do not have the possibility to parameter your router, or your
NAT, then you are out of luck for video on ekiga.  If you wish only
audio, then you can use a an audio proxy, such as iptel.com (I think it
is free, but I am not sure).  If you wish to understand what happens,

The only solution I see is that x-lite already uses an audio proxy.
