[Ekiga-list] New users signup: enable from within Ekiga

Currently, new Ekiga users must sign up for the service from the Ekiga
website. As simple as that may be to you and me, my first attempt at
watching a new user try to use Ekiga failed today because she was
confused by the signup process. In my opinion, allowing the user to
sign up from within the application itself is important.
