I would be if I tried those two at the same time :-)

so I assumed Julien's question was about 3.0.2.
However, now that you ask this question, I see that for whatever
reason (I used the same configure options for 3.1.0 as for 3.0.2,
which did build the V4L2 plugin), I did not build the V4L2 plugin for
3.1.0.
I'll give that a try, just in case 3.1.0 solves my real problem.
