Are you using Ubuntu, or debian?

Your debug output seems to not have any SIP protocol in it. Please read
this:
http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Debugging_Ekiga#How_to_get_a_debug_output_from_Ekiga
And try to install libopal-2.2-ptrace package (or the one corresponding
to your actual opal package)
