[Ekiga-list] Snapshot issues on Ubuntu ?

Ubuntu Snapshot issues ?

I think a new snapshot (for ubuntu) may have appeared in the last 24
hours and the packaging may have gone wrong !

dbannon dbannon-laptop:~$ sudo apt-get install ekiga-snapshot
[sudo] password for dbannon:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  ekiga-snapshot: Depends: libopal-3.3 (= 20080827v01hardy4) but it is
not going to be installed
Depends: libpt-2.3 (= 20080827v01hardy4) but it is not
going to be installed
                  Depends: libpt-2.3-plugins-alsa (= 20080827v01hardy4)
but it is not going to be installed or
                           libpt-2.3-plugins-oss (= 20080827v01hardy4)
but it is not going to be installed
                  Depends: libpt-2.3-plugins-v4l2 (= 20080827v01hardy4)
but it is not going to be installed or
                           libpt-2.3-plugins-v4l (= 20080827v01hardy4)
but it is not going to be installed or
                           libpt-2.3-plugins-avc (= 20080827v01hardy4)
but it is not going to be installed or
                           libpt-2.3-plugins-dc (= 20080827v01hardy4)
but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

So I tried installing the missing packages by hand and hit -

dbannon dbannon-laptop:~$ sudo apt-get install libspeexdsp1
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package libspeexdsp1 is not available, but is referred to by another
package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package libspeexdsp1 has no installation candidate
