Are you sure port are correctly forwarded ? Are you sure your router does not have SIP conntracking (in which case you could disable STUN and port forwarding alltogether). Hmm the forwarding seems fine I think:
conn tracking on the router, probable since it has a SIP facility natively, but I will need to dig into its entrails, it is not in the web interface and I do not want to activate the internal SIP.
