Not good results. I can hear a my voice, with echo (and again, again,
again). And I can hear a "click click click" too (1 time per second
aprox.) 

If I split it:
arecord -D plughw:0,0 -c 1 -r 8000 -f S16_LE a.wav
aplay -D plughw:0,0 -c 1 -r 8000 -f S16_LE a.wav

Then it works fine (I hear myself without any problem)

Twinkle is using plugw:0,0 and works fine...
