[Ekiga-list] make users fast or how to address your users

Hi,

Last weekend two people, one in .ie and the other in .au decided that
Ekiga was the way forward for them when to came to on line conversations.
We think we are not your average non technical user.
The other chap has been using a mixture of Debian and Ubuntu over the
last few years, and I have been in that space myself for a while.

We found that the documentation and graphics was anything but intuitive.
Unfortunately for most users the picture of a plug does not work. Most
of the computing using planet use mobile phones, they use simple red
and green icons to represent connecting and breaking down a connection.

The phrases used in the set up left me bewildered.
Setting up the "phone book entry" was again none obvious.
We would not mind feeding into whatever process you have for
documentation if you would like us to.

Regards,
Paul O'Malley
