Where do you see that they are disabled?

If I remember correctly, SRTP or ZRTP or both are working on ptlib/opal. 
 In ekiga they need to be taken into account somehow.  If you have a 
bit of time to do it, we would be grateful.  There is already a bug 
report on this.
