    1)      when i run

then it gives following error

2)  i had  done optimized build and the  following also
              ./configure --prefix=/usr  --enable-opal-debug
               make
               make install

Does it work without -d option?
Did you compile enabling debug?
Try to strace to have some information about crash point.
