To summarize :
- I (or Julien) will have a look to the crash on incoming calls
- I (or Julien) will apply the relevant Ekiga patches
- Robert or Craig will apply the relevant PTLIB/OPAL patches and fix the
compilation issues

However, I have two questions for you :
- we have a DirectVideo video capture plugin in ptlib. Do you think it
is possible to enable it ? It is an alternative to the WDM Capture
plugin. This change should be trivial, we had it for the 2.00 Beta.
- we have Zeroconf/Bonjour/Avahi support on Linux. Is that something
that is possible on WIN32 ? This change won't be trivial.
