I am sorry to say that but I will not have time to work on any of these issues
in the near future. So I will have to depend on you I suppose... About
switching to head , any major commit in opal or ptlib will require manual
intervention from a win32 builder here...

The build environment of opal and ptlib is completely separate between linux and
windows ... This means it will have to be adapted at every major commit...
