Hello, Everyone
Anyone who is able to compile Easytag from source code can remove this 
"Genre" themselves.  Just edit "easytag/src/genres.h", remove the entire 
line that contains "Negerpunk" and compile Easytag.  I just tried it, 
and the offending genre is gone.
