That does not seem to be an icon in the icon naming specification: http://standards.freedesktop.org/icon-naming-spec/icon-naming-spec-latest.html The GNOME icon theme also does not have an icon by that name.

Any new icons should be Tango-compliant icons, and you can find the guidelines at the Tango project website:

BTW: I dont know why, but almost none of polish translations works now. And cant make install or make because of problems in 396 line in /help/Makefile I simply comment this line before make ;)
I guess that you need a recent version of yelp-tools installed, but without the error message I do not know for sure.
