Hi,

   Are you trying to compile EasyTAG from sources under WinXP? Or do 
you use the package easytag-1.99.12-win32.zip?

The second case is easiest : just install a version of GTK+ available on 
ttp://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/gimp-win/ (for example 
gtk+-2.8.15-setup.zip 
<http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/gimp-win/gtk+-2.8.15-setup.zip>).
Then unzip the win32 package and run the .exe file.

On the first case, follow instructions on the README.win32 file 
(installation of MinGW and so on...)
