[Easytag-mailing] I can't make it work

Is there anyone who could tell me why won't the EasyTag work on my PC
(WinXP). I downloaded the unstable version and the id3lib, but it
doesn't work at all. What compiler must I use for the id3lib code?
Could anyone e-mail me it?
