The previous patch was made by Ilya Konstantinov <future shiny co il>, 
who are still working on it... May be this person needs help to develop 
the picture support with Taglib

Javier Kohen <jkohen users sourceforge net> try to fixed it 
successfully. But to work, it needs a patch into id3lib to add some 
missing C wrappers (for setting encoding)
