[Easytag-mailing] Fixup the UTF8 filename handling

Hi,

I've produced a big patch which changes the way filenames are handled in the 
GTK2 version, which will hopefully solve all UTF8-related filename issues.

In order for more widespread testing, I'm posting here and also creating a new 
Gentoo release.
