[Easytag-mailing] easytag and (transparent) proxy?

I'm using easytag 0.31-gtk24-pre2. I want to use a transparent proxy,
searching in cddb works and I get results, but when I want to browse those
results, I get an error (400 - bad request). Looking in my proxy-log, I see a
totally malformed request from easytag:
"...TCP_DENIED/400 1697 GET http:///~cddb/cddb.cgi?...";
When I switch my proxy off, browsing the results works just fine.
