It seems to be that you are looking at the German translation of the
page, which is incomplete.

You can switch language at https://developer.gnome.org/languages (the
link is on the bottom-right of the GNOME pages) and help with the
translations at
https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/gnome-devel-docs/master/hig/de
