Dia kronogram code update

Hello,

I did some "improvement" for the chronogram object.
I sent it to git but I don't know if you accept it.

I join a small example of what it look like with this sequence :
)@0 x2 x2 u2 (2 (2 x2 u2 (2 u2 )2

for multbits and
)@0 x2 x2 u2 (2 (2 x2 u2 (2 u2
single bit.

I plan to add a anchor in the middle of pulse to be able to place text 
easily.
