Re: UML- static member function

Dear Hans
Thanks for your response.
Your answer is very useful for me~~
As you mentioned about "class scope", I got the idea.

Thanks very much about extra information about UML via DIA.
Actually I am using C++. So far so good for me~~

Million thanks

Dear all,

I would like to enquire one question about UML under DIA.

How do I express 'static member function' via DIA?
I cannot find the function on'Operations' under UML class diagram.
Does it support the function?

Yes, it is called "Class scope". (Dia has to be programming language agnostic in it's UML interface.)

If it is support for the C++ code generation is another question.
And the answer is no for C++, but it should be simple to adapt
codegen.py following the example for Java.
