Haha, right time! I'm on Windows XP SP3 and using MSYS + MinGW, after
calling Makefile.PL I can't run the generated Makefile. When I open it, I
realize that all the path separators are '\' (Windows style) instead of '/'
(Unix style). Need to change that manually (hopefully I'm right).

'make test' fails in almost all cases (one ignored), so I can't run it at
all. I just realized that I miss the Template Toolkit requirement, will try
to install it today.
