Windows on strange positions on multimonitor setup

Hi,

I just installed Dia for the first time on Vista x64. When I started Dia the tools like window with the title "Dia v0.96.1" was mostly off the screen of my second monitor. The Diagram1.dia window was on the expected place on my -primary monitor. When using the File > Open option to load a file the dialog to select a file is displayed across the 2 monitors and partly offscreen.

My setup:
left monitor 1024x768
right monitor 1280x960 (this is the primary monitor)

The black rectangle at the top left is not part of any monitor.
