downloading dia

Hi
I would like to download Dia, but having gone into your website, I'm unsure how to go about this as there seem to be several options. I have tried the latest release, but nothing seems to happen when I attempt to download.
Could you perhaps tell me where I am going wrong, and what the procedure is to download this facility?
