dia rpm packages

Hi,

I noticed on http://live.gnome.org/Dia/Download it says that 'Up
to date packages can also be generated from the source by running
"rpmbuild -ta dia-*.tar.gz".'

But http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/dia/0.96/dia-0.96.1.tar.bz2
does not include dia.spec. It appears that this file has moved to
installer/rpm/dia.spec and is only in the svn repository, not the
.tar.bz2.

You might want to modify the instructions on your web site and/or
your tarball generation mechanism if you want this to work again.
