When doing a review, remember that Alt-something activates menus, and  
that many things are used for i18n stuff.

Apparently, with the GtkAction system, menu items must specifically be  
set to be changeable by users, and I don't think Dia's are.  I always  
liked having the changeability, especially for things like Gimp and  
Dia where actions were frequently repeated, but I can see how it can  
get really confusing for a less computer-literate person.
