Prerelease 2 is out

Prerelease 2 of version 0.96 is now out. The VXD module is
significantly updated, BugBuddy now gets its version automagically,
there's better SVG text support (except it's ignored by most
renderers:), the zoom levels menu has changed, and some other things are
fixed. If nothing comes up until next weekend, this could be version
0.96.
