dia-0.95.tar.bz2 and installer/

Hi,

After downloading
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/dia/0.95/dia-0.95.tar.bz2

I tried following the suggestion on
http://www.gnome.org/projects/dia/downld.html

$ rpmbuild -ta dia-0.95.tar.bz2

which failed.  Looking inside the tarball the 'installer/' directory seems 
to be missing.

$ tar tfj dia-0.95.tar.bz2  | grep installer

Is this a mistake or should I just grab the version from CVS?
